Your Role

  • Lead endtoend Infrastructure Service Management, ensuring high service availability, performance, continuity, and user satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across Network, Security, Cloud/Data Center, and Digital Workplace portfolios.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for major incidents, chronic issues, and critical service disruptions.
  • Ensure all RUN services comply with ITIL best practices, SLAs, and operational KPIs while maintaining a secure and stable environment.
  • Drive governance, major incident reviews, rootcause elimination, and continuous service improvement initiatives across global operations.

Your Profile

  • 15+ years of experience in infrastructure service delivery and service run operations within large, complex IT environments.
  • Apply strong technical understanding to troubleshoot issues, drive rootcause analysis, and guide teams toward effective resolution.
  • Lead multiple infrastructure portfolios including Network, Security, Cloud, Data Centers, and Digital Workplace.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in ITIL processes across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
  • Manage highpressure escalations, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver clear executivelevel service performance reporting with a customerfirst mindset.
