- Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, business or sustainability, with relevant experience in environmental and social risk management, ideally within financial services or banking
- Experience conducting environmental and social risk reviews, due diligence, or working with sustainability, regulatory or financial reporting frameworks
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex topics and influence a range of senior stakeholders
- A high level of attention to detail, ownership, and accountability, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables effectively
- Welldeveloped interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams.
