What role will you play?

You will be involved in the completion of all day-to-day on-boarding tasks including liaising with candidates, employees, hiring managers and vendors to facilitate completion of employment screening checks, updating HR systems, tools and tracking logs and answering inquiries via email and phone. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other functional teams, including Onboarding, Data Management, etc.

  • Capable of overseeing tasks from inception to completion with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
