- 2-3 years' of experience in administrative support preferably in a Law Firm or inhouse legal team
- A proactive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills, including with senior stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Confidence exercising judgment on routine matters and escalating issues with a proposed solution
- Strong document and information management skills, including filing, version control and maintaining orderly shared drives
- Confidence editing and formatting documents and presentations (Word and PowerPoint) to a professional, business ready standard
- Familiarity with expense management, vendor billing processes and collaboration tools, with an eye for identifying inconsistencies or issues.
