What role will you play?

In this role, you will support organisation-wide engagement with Project Nexus by coordinating communications, events, and learning activities that help colleagues understand and engage with artificial intelligence initiatives. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to build and maintain a strong pipeline of new ideas and use cases. Your contribution will help ensure engagement and change activities are well planned, accessible, and aligned with broader programme goals.

  • Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, or change activity within a large or complex organisation, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with experience managing workshops, forums, training sessions, or events, including logistics and participant communications
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing accessible materials such as presentations, guides, videos, and learning resources
  • An analytical mindset, with experience tracking engagement, training uptake, or adoption measures and turning insights into practical recommendations
  • A collaborative and flexible approach, with the ability to work effectively alongside programme managers, technical teams, and business partners to deliver shared outcomes.
