KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Global Communities Lead - AI to join our Global Digital Group which is part of KPMG International organization.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute strategy and operational plans for the Global AI Communities, working closely with the Global AI Change Lead to support the overarching change strategy
- Manage global networks of change champions to drive engagement and increase adoption of AI tools and methods across the global member firm network
- Serve as the SME for communities of practice including the Global AI Ninjas and Navigators and global AI change and adoption networks
- Collaborate with AI change managers, communication leads, product owners, and immersion leads to manage the communities as a communications channel and as change agents
- Deliver the project change and comms plans and develop materials across each phase of the project to build understanding, acceptance, and adoption with the required audiences
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in technology and digital transformation programs within global organizations
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or five years of relevant work experience in global communications
- Experience in User Adoption/Experience and Business Change Management functions (PROSCI-level accreditation)
- Strong understanding of technology and digital transformation, including Copilot
