Join our Media and External Communications team within the Asia Corporate Affairs department. This is a highimpact role where youll work directly with Asian media and senior stakeholders to elevate Macquarie Groups external profile and strengthen its corporate reputation.

What role will you play?

You will shape, enhance and safeguard our reputation in Asia through strategic communications, media engagement and external positioning. You will develop and deliver comprehensive communications plans aligned to business priorities, manage both proactive and reactive media opportunities, and respond to reputational matters with sound judgement. You will also partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business, preparing them for media engagement and identifying external speaking opportunities that strengthen our profile.

  • Demonstrated experience in media relations across external communications, issues management and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven ability to secure impactful media coverage across top-tier business, mainstream and trade publications in Asia
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders, providing advice, shaping messaging and influencing outcomes
  • Strong understanding of financial services or experience working in a highly regulated environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
