We are currently looking for highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join the Guidance & Transcripts Team based in Bengaluru. You will be a Senior content analyst of a team responsible for timely and accurate collection of data and training new members and driving quality initiatives . In each quarter, there is a four- to six-week peak period with heavy work volumes. The Senior Content Analyst will also have other job duties throughout the year, especially in the off-peak periods each quarter, including assisting the Guidance team with automation projects, quality and efficiency initiatives, fungibility support and other responsibilities as needed.

Assists in the resolution of client data issue cases and holds responsibility for sourcing, collecting, curating content from financials documents / instruments / feed sources across various content sets and products / services.

The Senior Content Analyst role is a significant role within the group, responsible for collecting, reviewing & analysing guidance information received from press releases/Transcripts for publicly traded companies.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Supports in the resolution of client cases by fixing the data integrity, missing data and other similar issues efficiently
- Processes data in an accurate and timely manner using the knowledge of the tools and financial markets

- Training the new members of the team and sharing best practices to the team members

- Uses the approved sources to identify the data, convert / make valuable contributions to the data, or use the data as is defined in the collection policy
- Communicates and works with internal and external teams where required to support sourcing and collection of data efficiently
- Adheres to the quality metrics and prioritises activities to support business and customer requirements
- Supports specific projects assigned and meets or exceeds the KPIs defined
- Suggests process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.

- Perform quality checks on Guidance content within the team

- Support analysts with expertise and knowledge of the content set

-Work together with colleagues from Manila and Gdynia

- Provide training and presentations

- Assist and run projects focused on data and processes

- Encourage and support automation and use of new tools

QUALIFICATIONS COMPETENCIES
Ability to work in a time bounded environment with a keen eye for detail.
Estimates content knowledge and process knowledge of Global markets.
Strong knowledge of the Financial Markets.
Excellent Written and Oral Communication skills.
Communicate by email in a coherent and professional manner.
Ability to work within a team and to build interpersonal relationships.
Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced MS Excel.
Should be Customer Oriented.
Good Analytical and data mining skills.

PC SKILLS
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Ability to use in-house database (training will be provided)

Usage of approved AI by the company ( Co-pilot)

EDUCATION
B.com, BBA, MBA ,M.com, Business Management or a related Analytical field.
* Flexibility to work in shifts is a must.
