Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed Change Analyst to support the governance and execution of customer-impacting changes across Telecommunication & Content domains. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless change delivery, and enhancing customer experience through structured organisational change practices.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating end-to-end change activities, ensuring compliance with established governance frameworks, and delivering clear, timely, and high-quality communications to both internal and external collaborators. This position offers strong exposure to multi-functional collaboration and provides an opportunity to influence how customer-facing changes are delivered at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Change Coordination & Execution
- Lead and coordinate the lifecycle of customer-impacting changes from initiation through to delivery, ensuring achievements and timelines are consistently met.
- Collaborate with product, technology, content, and operations teams to gather impact assessments and validate release readiness.
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure alignment to established organisational change frameworks, governance standards, and risk mitigation practices.
- Support governance forums such as Change Advisory Boards (CAB, or equivalent.
- Collaborator Management
- Serve as the central point of coordination across multi-functional teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the change lifecycle.
- Customer Communication
- Develop and deliver high-quality customer-facing communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Risk & Impact Assessment
- Identify risks, assess customer impact, and ensure mitigation strategies are in place prior to release.
- Continuous Improvement
- Analyze change performance data, identify trends, and drive enhancements to processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
What Were Looking For
- Good understanding of organisational change principles, governance frameworks, and operational processes.
- Demonstrable ability to coordinate multiple collaborators and handle significant priorities effectively.
- Superb communication and documentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in Telecom, Financial Markets, Technology, or Content-environments is helpful.
- Familiarity with structured governance forums (e.g., CAB) is a plus.

Professional Certifications
- ITIL Foundation (or higher) Service Management / Organisational Change
Educational Background
- Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Management or Operations are a plus.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Experience working with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar change/workflow management tools
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or data analysis tools for reporting and insights
