Full Job Description

-Ensuring smooth management of the BAU activities without any errors.

-Support high-impact projects, including internal Power content audits and automations Improvement plans for Commodities pricing.

-Collaborate with team manager and Seniors to implement operational improvements such as MOW and customer engagement strategies.

-Provide support during incidents, data recovery efforts, and service desk operations, including handling Service Cloud cases and client communications.

-Coordinate testing, migrations, and upgrades affecting production environments, ensuring all change plans are approved and driven reliably.

-Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and multi-functional teams to align on business goals and results.

-Resolve simple client queries efficiently while Drive initiatives passionate about process simplification and innovation.

-Implement specific projects as assigned by the manager, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.

-Implement change control procedures, data operations standards, and compliance with current data policies.

-Partner with team leaders and senior staff to identify and close skill gaps within the team
