The role:

Were hiring a Senior Reward & Performance Manager to lead the delivery of reward and performance programmes across the UK.

This is a senior, hands-on role where youll own pay and performance cycles end-to-end, act as the go-to expert for reward, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver market-leading, data-driven solutions.

  • Lead annual pay, bonus and performance cycles
  • Shape and deliver reward strategy in the UK market
  • Provide expert advice on hires, promotions and retention
  • Use data and benchmarking to inform decisions
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and manage Reward Advisors

  • Proven delivery of end-to-end reward programmes
  • Deep understanding of UK pay practices and employment landscape
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders
