KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, L&D, to join our Learning & Development organization.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning, delivery, and closeout of instructor-led, virtual, self-study, and nationally developed local learning
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of CPE requirements, Systems of Quality Control, NASBA guidelines, Enrolled Agent requirements, and internal deployment processes; implement updates as needed
- Support the creation, maintenance, and deployment of digital asset courses and help maintain the SharePoint digital asset database
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize reports to assess training effectiveness and support training delivery
- Assist with additional learning and development initiatives, as needed
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of recent experience in a professional business environment; experience in a learning or training organization preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
- High proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables); experience with AI tools preferred
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, make day-to-day decisions with minimal supervision, and manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high-quality deliverables
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%, as needed
