KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, HR Business Advisor to join our Talent & Culture team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Consulting HR Lead and Consulting HRBAs to support processes/projects, including employee and partner performance development, employee compensation, employee promotion processes, partner/managing director promotion pipeline process, and other ad hoc projects
- Pull reports and analyze data to make recommendations to the group on potential improvements or efficiencies to HR processes and programs
- Conduct analyses and provide insights to enable leaders and stakeholders to use data to drive informed decisions and outcomes
- Work on special projects and oversee projects manage action items to help ensure objectives are met
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of recent experience in human resources or comparable background
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in data analytics, data science, human resource management, organizational development, or business administration or related field is required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; knowledge of PeopleSoft and analytics platforms (PowerBI, Alteryx) preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of HR principles preferred
- Strong quantitative and analytic skills, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to develop clear and concise written communications
- Proven track record of effectively organizing and managing personal workload over the long term to meet deliverable expectations
