What you will do
As an Analyst, Regulatory Interactions, you will produce and enhance management information (MI) that supports oversight, governance, and regulatory reporting within Klarna Financial Services UK Ltd. You will develop data insights for the IAR (Introducer Appointed Representative) programme and Consumer Duty framework, ensuring accurate, transparent, and timely reporting across governance forums. You will collaborate closely with Compliance, Operations, and Legal to design outcome metrics that align with FCA expectations and drive meaningful consumer outcomes. You will also identify opportunities for automation, streamline MI production, and contribute to the annual Consumer Duty Board report.

Who you are
• Experience in data analysis, MI production, or regulatory reporting within financial services
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google workplace
• Solid understanding of FCA Consumer Duty and fair value principles
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• High attention to detail with excellent data validation and governance discipline
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Awesome to have
• Experience in outcomes testing or regulatory MI design, including sourcing samples for testing
• Knowledge of IAR frameworks and associate performance and outcomes data
• Familiarity with data automation and dashboard optimisation
• Experience supporting Consumer Duty Board reports or governance forums
