Develop and execute multi-year strategic plans for account-based payments and related products
Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to align business objectives with payments network strategies
Build and expand strategic partnerships with payment networks, industry groups, and peer institutions
Drive advocacy efforts to influence industry standards, regulatory policies, and network rules
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, legal, compliance, risk, and finance
Provide thought leadership and strategic direction to the Account-Based Payments team
Craft and deliver executive communications and presentations for senior leadership
Oversee the development of new payment schemes and customer-centric solutions
Ensure deep collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
Lead a high-performing team to deliver results and drive innovation
7+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy firm or internal consulting / corporate strategy, including managerial experience motivating and leading junior team members
Demonstrated experience managing large, complex strategic initiatives
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise alignment
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across multiple levels of an organization
Executive presence and advanced communication skills, including presentation development
Experience working in fast-paced environments and handling multiple priorities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience developing and executing advocacy strategies
Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve strategic objectives
MBA or advanced degree in business, finance, or related field
Extensive expertise in account-based payments (e.g., ACH, instant payments, open banking, network rules) and driving innovation in payments or financial services
Financial experience in pricing, modeling, or payments economics
Experience in product management or technology deliverables tracking
Broad-based knowledge of payments networks, rails, and related industries
Experience creating compelling messages for diverse audiences
Prior experience with regulatory engagement or industry advocacy
