Bring your expertise to help strengthen vendor governance and performance outcomes within Chase Travel. 
Youll partner with teams across Technology, Finance, Sourcing, Legal, and Risk/Compliance to deliver clear insights, disciplined follow-ups, and audit-ready documentation. This role offers the opportunity to build strong vendor oversight fundamentals, expand your analytics toolkit, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Job summary

As a Vendor Management Analyst (Vendor Oversight) within the Chase Travel Vendor Management team, you support day-to-day vendor oversight execution and reporting. You help run governance routines, track deliverables and action items, and maintain audit-ready documentation. You monitor performance trends, surface exceptions, and coordinate follow-ups with internal partners and vendors to drive timely remediation. 

Job responsibilities

  • Support vendor oversight routines for assigned vendors, including meeting cadence, agendas, minutes, and action logs. 
  • Maintain vendor documentation and audit-ready records, including governance materials, scorecards, trackers, approvals, and key artifacts. 
  • Coordinate preparation for vendor meetings and business reviews by consolidating materials, action items, and performance highlights. 
  • Build and maintain recurring vendor oversight reporting, including KPI/SLA tracking, trends, exceptions, and narrative commentary. 
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status dashboards covering performance, deliverables, issues/risks, and upcoming milestones. 
  • Perform data quality checks, reconcile inputs across sources, and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Track service issues, incidents, and remediation activities, and escalate overdue items while documenting outcomes. 
  • Support root-cause summaries and continuous improvement tracking when performance does not meet expectations. 
  • Coordinate evidence collection and routine activities that support legal, risk, compliance, and control expectations, as applicable. 
  • Track due dates for periodic reviews and attestations and follow up with stakeholders to close open items. 
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs and produce accurate reporting and leadership-ready updates. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an analyst or operations role supporting vendor management, vendor oversight, reporting, procurement operations, or risk/compliance coordination. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and basic charting. 
  • Ability to manage recurring deliverables with tight deadlines and maintain accurate status tracking. 
  • Strong written communication skills, including clear status updates, issue summaries, and documentation. 
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and external vendors in a structured, professional manner. 
  • Ability to perform data reconciliation and identify exceptions and inconsistencies across sources. 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Experience supporting vendor governance or oversight routines. 
  • Familiarity with vendor or procurement tools such as Ariba or Beeline. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint to produce governance decks and leadership updates. 
  • Experience using SharePoint for documentation and artifact management
