Join Chase Travel as Business Operations Associate and help shape the future of travel servicing through data-driven insights and strategic collaboration. In this dynamic role, youll be at the forefront of optimizing team performance and driving impactful change, working closely with leaders and cross-functional partners to elevate both employee development and customer experience.

We are looking for a leader with a passion for people and integrating our people into our systems and culture. In this role  must have a balance of human resources and business acumen, organizational agility, analytical capability, strong communication skills and creative ability to drive in. You  will be a collaborative yet independent thinker, capable of working across cross-functional teams to develop optimization, integration, and readiness plans that impact Travel Advisors, Leadership, and our Chase Travel customers. You will also perform analysis of requested changes, ensuring a full understanding of impacts and identifying any gaps or opportunities that exist.

Initiatives and influence change that directly enhances the Employee Experience.  

Job responsibilities

  • Monitor the employee experience, and provide key insights that can be used to focus leadership energy on things that matter most to employees
  • Support employees and managers in developing a deep knowledge of HR  Company systems/policies/processes
  • Collaborate to develop and drive plans to help the business execute their goals and people strategies. Work with leaders and internal HR partners to assess needs by getting to the root cause of the opportunity or problem the business is trying to solve
  • Coach managers and leaders in manager capabilities and competencies and connect them to resources available for development
  • Evaluate systems, tools, processes to ensure a positive employee experience
  • Analyze Employee Satisfaction for employee recognition with a focus on employee development and mobility.  
  • Support event planning for employee engagement activities
  • Support enterprise-wide service-learning development and educational programs and processes to achieve business goals, incorporating measurement, reporting, engagement tracking, adoption analysis, and outcome analytics. Programs would include but not limited to LEAP, JEP, VP Academy, and Rising Stars.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, coordinating efforts and sharing knowledge to drive project success.
  • Advanced computer literacy and digital proficiency, with a track record of leveraging technology to enhance processes.
  • Ability to interact independently and present to various levels of senior management.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment with tight timelines.
  • Passion and commitment to improving employee experience and strengthening culture
  • Natural leader with a passion for helping others grow and bringing out the best in the team through coaching
  • Ability to interact, and influence change across a variety of business leaders
  • Proven organizational and multi-tasking ability and ease working within tight deadlines while maintaining a calm, professional personable demeanor
