Join our collaborative Collateral Management team supporting global trading desks. The work is timesensitive and detailoriented; success comes from clear communication, thoughtful prioritization, and teamwork. Youll have opportunities to learn, manage processes, and see your impact across the team.
As a Trading Services Analyst in Collateral management, youll oversee and settle collateral trades, manage intraday exposures from new lending activity, and partner with a wide network of internal teams and external counterparties. Your work will cover multiple different process, with deadlines to be met throughout your work day in a fast paced environment.
Job responsibilities
- Process and settle daily collateral trades with accuracy and care.
- Calculate noncash and cash collateral exposures; partner with the borrower community to ensure correct margins are maintained.
- Manage cash flows, including manual payment processing when needed.
- Perform daily reconciliations and report on intraday and endofday items.
- Resolve cash breaks and track items through to timely closure.
- Collaborate closely with trading desks, triparty agents, Treasury Services, and counterparties to ensure smooth settlement.
- Handle a high volume of queries on products, collateral settlement, and reconciliation breaks, communicating clearly and constructively.
- Build strong client relationships and partner with relationship managers to meet and manage client expectations.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities , and skills
- Capacity to think laterally and understand the big picture
- Experience in the financial industry, preferably within an investment banking environment
- Technical understanding or securities products would be an advantage
