About the Role

We're looking for a motivated individual to join our APAC Middle Office team as a Trading Operations Analyst, supporting our systematic equities and ETF desks across APAC markets. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role where you'll play a critical part in ensuring our traders can operate safely and efficiently throughout the trading day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Tracking and managing the full lifecycle of corporate actions (stock splits, bonus shares, changed tickers, acquisitions, spinoffs, bankruptcies, divests, fund mergers) and the associated position changes
  • Providing traders with a clear view of tradeable positions and outstanding issues before safe market entry
  • Working with prime brokers and clearers to correct reports, co-ordinating across multiple counterparties simultaneously
  • Reconciling P&L and cash breaks, including swap-related and corporate action-driven breaks
  • Contributing to ETF P&L analysis and refinement, including multi-currency complexity
  • Participating in the design and build of internal tooling to improve visibility of issues

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years experience in a Middle Office, Trade Support or Product Control role
  • Tertiary education in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working under time pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously across different markets
  • A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and proactively
  • Experience with Python, SQL, VBA and Claude Code is preferred but not essential
