Help power global commerce by ensuring trade transactions move accurately and on time. As a Specialty Product Specialist IV, youll support clients by processing trade finance activity that enables the purchase and sale of goods and helps manage risk. Youll work with a collaborative team that values quality, problem-solving, and strong controls. If you enjoy fast-paced operations and making an impact through precision, this role is for you.

Job summary

As a Specialty Product Specialist IV in Trade & Working Capital Operations, you will process trade finance transactions that support international commerce and help facilitate the purchase and sale of goods. You will monitor workflows, prioritize and complete assigned work to service level expectations, and escalate issues that could affect delivery or risk outcomes. You will also contribute to a strong control environment by following policies and applicable rules while partnering across teams to drive timely, accurate execution.

Job responsibilities

  • Process trade finance transactions accurately and in line with internal policies and applicable international rules.
  • Monitor transaction queues and prioritize work to meet service level expectations.
  • Allocate work across the team and follow up on pending items to drive completion.
  • Identify red flags and potential regulatory or compliance concerns and escalate for review.
  • Adopt best practices by partnering with other processing teams to support timely delivery.
  • Escalate service-impacting issues promptly and communicate status clearly.
  • Collaborate with teammates and partners across sales, service, and product to support smooth execution.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve processing issues with strong attention to detail.
  • Assess upstream and downstream impacts to support end-to-end process integrity.
  • Research and resolve exceptions through detailed investigation.
  • Participate in new projects and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Have 2 years of experience in trade work.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate fluency in English with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate understanding of United States regulations and Office of Foreign Assets Control compliance.
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Demonstrate banking industry experience, preferably with accounting and finance exposure.
  • Hold a Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists certification.
  • Hold a Certificate in International Trade and Finance certification
