Job Description:

The Vice President, Trade Finance & Working Capital Product Management supports the strategy, governance, and execution of TD Securities global Trade Finance and Working Capital product suite. The role focuses on product standards, lifecycle management, analytics, and crossfunctional coordination across Sales, Operations, Credit, Risk, Technology, and partner businesses.

This position plays a key role in strengthening product governance, improving data transparency, and advancing strategic initiatives across SBLCs, Guarantees, Letters of Credit, and Working Capital solutions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support endtoend product lifecycle management for Trade Finance & Working Capital products, including SBLCs, Guarantees, and Letters of Credit.
  • Maintain and enhance product standards, guidelines, and documentation in partnership with Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Ensure consistency in product definitions, eligibility criteria, and usage across regions.
  • Deliver analytical insights on product volumes, trends, and operational efficiency to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Partner with internal teams to validate product data integrity across systems and management reporting.
  • Contribute to capital, balance sheet, and reporting transparency by mapping product data flows and system dependencies.
  • Support evaluation of new product opportunities and enhancements through business case development and financial analysis.
  • Represent Product Management in working groups, initiatives, and governance forums related to Trade Finance & Working Capital.
  • Own and maintain the Trade Finance & Working Capital knowledge repository, ensuring clear, organized, and uptodate reference materials.
  • Support internal enablement efforts by preparing clear product documentation, guidelines, and reference materials for stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in Trade Finance, Working Capital, Transaction Banking, or related product management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Trade Finance products, including Working Capital, SBLCs, Guarantees, and Documentary Trade.
  • Proven experience working across matrixed organizations with Credit, Risk, Operations, and Technology partners.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights.
  • Experience supporting product governance, documentation, and approval processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce seniorready materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and exercise sound judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working across Canadian and U.S. banking environments.
  • Exposure to product data flows, systems, or capital reporting related to trade products.
  • Experience supporting delivery models.
