Job Responsibilities:
- Support the regulatory reporting agenda across LATAM Banking Operations.
- Document and deliver transactional regulatory compliance requirements for LATAM jurisdictions.
- Help build and maintain the control framework, ensuring strong internal controls to minimize risk.
- Demonstrate understanding of the LATAM regulatory environment and its impact on operations.
- Contribute to change management practices for regulatory changes and adapt to evolving demands.
- Stay informed of regulatory developments and manage changing requirements.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of regulatory reporting.
- Implement tactical controls and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Participate in LATAM Banking Operations regulatory-related projects.
- Partner with local and regional stakeholders to address regulatory requirements.
