Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and operations teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new projects and process enhancements.
- Manage and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful execution.
- Work closely with local and regional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of solutions that improve operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive alignment and clarify project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Contribute to change management activities and help teams adapt to new processes or systems.
- Ensure all project requirements and deliverables meet standards for accuracy and completeness.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Experience in business analysis, project management, or operations within banking or financial services, preferably in the LATAM region.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex business requirements.
