Location: Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

Help keep critical payments moving by resolving inquiries with speed, accuracy, and care. In this role, youll investigate USD activity and process multi-currency payments for global clients, partnering with financial institutions, corporate customers, and internal teams. Youll apply strong analysis and clear communication to solve problems, reduce repeat issues, and deliver a great client experience. As a Payment Lifecycle Specialist IV in Treasury Cash Operations, you will investigate and resolve inquiries related to USD activity and support the processing of multi-currency payments for global clients. You will analyze and prioritize cases, take ownership of timely resolution, and follow up to closure in line with departmental standards. You will also identify recurring processing issues and help improve outcomes through clear communication, strong controls, and continuous learning across systems and enhancements.

Job responsibilities

  • Analyze and prioritize inquiries and resolve cases accurately and on time in line with departmental standards.
  • Follow up on pending cases to drive timely closure and meet service expectations.
  • Initiate and verify payments and adjustments with strong attention to accuracy and controls.
  • Maintain working knowledge of required systems and stay current on enhancements.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally with clients and internal partners.
  • Identify recurring processing issues and educate partners to help prevent future occurrences.
  • Demonstrate professional work habits, including punctuality and reliable attendance.
  • Support high-volume periods by working overtime when requested.
  • Apply basic accounting skills to support investigation, adjustments, and reconciliation activities.
  • Work flexibly across shift schedules to support business needs.
  • Adhere to firm values and required policies in day-to-day execution.
  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Hold a graduate degree with a strong academic record.
  • Have experience in international payment processing operations or back-office banking operations.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of payment messaging, including SWIFT.
  • Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
