Join our team to support day-to-day operations in the Payments Investigations Function, handling client inquiries and wire transfers. Youll help deliver accurate, timely outcomes in a fast-moving environment where your work directly supports client experience. As a Payment Lifecycle Specialist IV in the Payments Investigations Function, you will support daily operations by investigating and resolving client inquiries related to wire transfers for treasury clients across our branch network. You will ensure accurate and efficient processing of investigations and transactions by following documented procedures and controls, under the supervision of a team associate.

Job responsibilities

  • Process investigations and transactions according to documented procedures and controls.
  • Perform daily team functions while meeting deadlines and control requirements.
  • Process manual instructions for fund and wire transfers in multiple currencies.
  • Analyze information to confirm data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support training and education of team members on job functions and procedures.
  • Complete backup production tasks and identify improvements in work practices.
  • Review, research, and submit manual entries to resolve funds transfer inquiries.
  • Partner with clients or the Client Service team to provide and receive updates on wire transfer inquiries.
  • Work with minimal supervision and take initiative to identify and complete required tasks.
  • Participate in rotation of functions within the group to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Hold a graduate degree.
  • Demonstrate experience or working knowledge of international payment processing operations.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrate a proactive problem-solving approach, including ownership of issues and appropriate escalation.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Have 2 years of experience in back-office banking operations, including payment processing or investigations experience.
