Then Join our Card Fraud Investigation Teams in the Fraud Operations Department! Our team consists of around 10 friendly members of different seniorities. You will be responsible for various tasks that enable us to increase our card fraud detection and prevention capabilities.  

In addition, you will work closely with our card fraud analytics team, sharing valuable information on emerging fraud scenarios.

Currently, we are working in a hybrid setup where the employees are expected to be present at the office for 3 days a week with a primary work location in Vilnius, Lithuania.

You will:

• Investigate card fraud alerts in different market areas  
• Communicate with different departments and teams within Danske Bank
• Work on process improvement
• Supervise workflow according to deadlines

About you:

• 1+ year of work experience in a back-office, administrative, or similar field would be considered as a benefit
• Advanced analytical skills, accuracy, and attentiveness to details
• Effective problem-solving skills and openness to new ideas
• Ability to make decisions based on rules and regulations
• Good time management skills
• High level of quality and efficiency
• Upper-intermediate English skills, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of VISA and/or Mastercard chargeback rules (would be considered as a valuable asset)

Monthly salary range from 1680 EUR to 2520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
