JPMorgan Chase is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join the operational functions in Buenos Aires. Job Responsibilities:
- Execute operational processes related to the lifecycle of financial products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. •
- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to support daily operations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a strong controls environment by adhering to established procedures and supporting risk management initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, scale, and resilience within the operating platform.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making and operational transparency.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, distilling complex topics into clear, concise information.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with 4 to 9 years in operations roles; experience in financial operations is a plus.
