This strategic role requires an individual with a proven track record of developing high-performance teams in complex environments, while maintaining strong partnerships with global teams and lines of business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the establishment and growth of operational functions in Buenos Aires, ensuring alignment with global partners and stakeholders.
  • Manage teams responsible for processing activities across the full lifecycle of financial products, partnering with internal and external clients, stakeholders, and regulatory partners.
  • Operate independently to achieve outcomes aligned with strategic initiatives, requiring advanced relationship management and collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee costs and resourcing for the team, ensuring disciplined delivery against budget and targets.
