We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic Private Capital Solutions team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain exposure to high-profile transactions and contribute to the growth of a leading financial institution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support senior bankers in the execution of private capital market deals, serving as a key member of deal teams.
- Prepare and analyze financial models and projections tailored to private capital market transactions.
- Assist in the development and refinement of marketing and execution materials to maximize client impact and engagement.
- Conduct industry, company, and market research to support deal origination and execution.
- Identify and assess risks associated with deals, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties, including lawyers, accountants, and counterparties, to facilitate successful transactions.
- Participate in client meetings, Q&A processes, and management interviews, supporting senior bankers and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Prior internship or work experience in an investment banking front office role, with exposure to private capital markets preferred.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel modeling and valuation work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with the aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative solutions.
- Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, assuming responsibility as a team member.
