Job responsibilities

• Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A or capital market transactions
• Interact with senior team members and client management teams on a daily basis to execute transactions 
• Work on detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analyses
• Partner with country and product teams 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information and help develop innovative client solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Highly motivated, adaptable, able to mutli-task and manage project independently
• Comfort in and commitment to teamwork environment
• High level of attention to detail and time management
• Excellent presentation skills; comfortable presenting to client senior management, investors and senior members of the firm
