As a HR Advisory Support Associate in the HR Advisory Team, you will collaborate with HR Business Advisors to support their Business clients on a wide range of HR topics. You will leverage your analytical, quantitative, and technical skills to help create HR strategies that promote business results. This role provides the opportunity to manage multiple tasks, navigate a global matrix organization, and handle confidential information with care. You will also provided guidance and advisory to Managers on HR processes and practice in  employees' related queries

 Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for reporting and data analysis; analyze and identify key people trends and actions to help shape the people agenda
  • Advise Managers on HR processes and practice with employee related queries
  • Manage escalated HR operational inquiries with partner groups
  • Collaborate on the design and formatting of talent reviews and performance assessments
  • Support and coordinate organizational design events
  • Assist in the compensation planning process
  • Contribute to core projects and support key HR initiatives

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Practice and knowledge of comprehensive people practices: goal setting, performance assessment, compensation, talent management, and workforce planning
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical skills to leverage data for HR strategies
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and develop solutions
  • Ability to navigate a global matrix organization and collaborate across HR and Business
  • Project management skills, including execution and process improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining proactive and flexible
  • Comfort with handling large amounts of confidential information
