About the Role:

The HR Systems Associate is a global role that will work with HR Systems team to provide functional support to our HR systems (workday).
The ideal candidate will support business-as-usual (BAU) operations by managing and resolving Workday tickets, conducting testing for new features, and assisting with system implementations and enhancements.

Some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support by handling Workday-related BAU tickets and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Perform functional testing of Workday updates, new features, and system enhancements.
  • Document test cases, test results, and support procedures.
  • Assist in the configuration and implementation of new modules or changes in existing Workday processes.
  • Must understand the importance of proper documentation and tracking of work.
  • Troubleshoot Workday configuration issues, find root cause and resolve timely.
  • Monitor integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, other internal systems, and third-party systems, identify issues and work with Integrations team to resolve.
  • Develop process mapping documentation, user procedures, guidelines, and training documentation.
  • Review, test and communicate to stakeholders any impact of Workday semi-annual release.
  • Monitor Workday Community and maintain knowledge of Workday functionality and any updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, computer science, information Technology required.
  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM.
  • Experience in Core HCM
  • Knowledge of Workday design, structure, functions, and business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly professional with high ethical standards for handling confidential information.

The minimum base salary for this role is $80,000 if located in New York. This expectation is based on available information at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, which could constitute a significant portion of total compensation. This role may also be eligible for benefits, such as health, dental, and other wellness plans, as well as 401(k) contributions. Successful candidates’ compensation and benefits will be determined in consideration of various factors.
