As a core contributor, you will translate user needs and business goals into effective product experiences, while continuing to build your craft in a dynamic, AI-driven environment. At the Associate level, you are expected to demonstrate proficiency in core design skills, contribute to team execution, and support the evolution of adaptive, conversational, and UI-based interaction patterns that drive consistent and intuitive employee experiences.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and research partners to ensure design solutions are feasible, aligned, and effectively implemented.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of an agentic design system, including reusable components, patterns, and interaction models.
  • Incorporate accessibility and inclusive design best practices into all work to support a diverse range of users.
  • Utilize data, research, and user feedback to inform decisions and refine design outcomes.

  • Proficiency in storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping to effectively communicate and refine designs.
  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines, inclusive design practices, and assistive technologies to ensure a diverse and inclusive user experience.
  • Previous exposure to industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Bachelors degree in HCI, Human Factors, UX Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with agentic systems and designing GenAI tools.
