Mission

As a Voice Customer Care Energic Adviser , you will be the first point of contact for customers who need support and clarity in their banking interactions. In this entrylevel role, youll learn how banking products and processes work in practice while helping both individual and business clients with accurate information and tailored solutions.

Through handson experience, youll develop strong communication, empathy, and problemsolving skills, contribute to positive customer experiences, and play an active role in building trust and longterm customer loyalty.

About the team

Youll join our Contact Center team, an energetic and supportive group of people who work closely together and help each other succeed every day. Collaboration, openness, and a positive mindset are at the heart of how the team operates.

The team handles a wide range of customer interactions and works alongside colleagues from different areas of the bank to ensure a consistent and highquality customer experience. Youll be encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and learn from experienced teammates, while continuously developing your skills in a handson, teamoriented environment.

Your daytoday

In this role, you will:

  • Handle inbound customer requests by phone and in writing, for both individual and business clients

  • Provide general and productspecific information about ING banking products and services

  • Formulate complete, accurate, and clear responses to customer inquiries

  • Communicate appropriate solutions aligned with customer needs and internal procedures

  • Build customer loyalty through excellent communication skills and a positive, empathetic attitude

  • Redirect complaints, cases with financial implications, or situations requiring further investigation to the appropriate Officer

  • Document interactions accurately and follow internal workflows

  • Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by your manager, based on business needs

  • Perform all activities in compliance with internal regulations, external legislation, and ING policies

  • Follow health, safety, and security instructions, as well as the Internal Regulations and Code of Conduct, ensuring risk prevention for both the customer and the bank

What you bring to the team

  • University studies completed or in progress

  • Very good Romanian and English (spoken and written)

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation

  • Empathy, emotional resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment

  • Team spirit, responsibility, and reliability

No previous banking experience is required well support your learning from day one.

  • The contract period is 3 months, with the possibility of a further 3month extension, depending on performance and business needs.

  • The training period lasts 10 days and will take place on site, fulltime, regardless of the selected work norm, within the 09:00 17:30 time interval, Monday to Friday.
