The expected salary for:

- specialist position: 9 600 - 22 000 PLN

- senior specialist position: 13 000 - 28 000 PLN

The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations

We are looking for you if you:

  • have proven communication, influencing and advisory skills, with the ability to work effectively at various levels of the organization,
  • are action oriented, collaborative, manage complexity between different teams environments and acting proactively,
  • hold an academic degree (at least bachelor), or a degree in a quantitative field e.g. econometrics, statistics, mathematics or physics related (best Master or/and PhD),
  • have personality and capabilities to function effectively and independently even in complex, high pressure situations,
  • can translate complex data and information into actionable roadmaps and decision proposals,
  • have ability to work in a team with a mindset that we help each other to be successful,
  • are fluent in English (B2/C1 required),
  • have basic knowledge of SAS and Citrix app,
  • can be present on-site for one day a week in Warsaw (office at 97 Paska street).

Youll get extra points for:

  • understanding of Credit Risk Models,
  • experience in leading projects,
  • experience with SQL and Python,
  • automation background (including GCP or Azure),
  • have at least 5 years within ING Hubs PL.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing projects plans, including scope, schedule, backlog management, and people resource allocation,
  • Playing a key role in driving our automation ambitions for credit risk data (this includes a clear mandate to continuously strive towards improvement of our automation platform),
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including delivery teams, risk management, and local units, to ensure successful projects delivery,
  • Providing regular projects updates to senior executives and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of projects status, issues, and risks,
  • Taking ownership of data deliveries and collaborating with stakeholders with a strong delivery mindset.

Information about the team:

The team is focusing on Retail Automated Data Collection for Delivery teams. Squad is responsible for working by gathering data for Retail Portfolios in collection process. What is more, Squad is responsible for developing Retail ETL Platform and ensuring that the ABT process is BCBS239 compliant. Team functionally is in Risk Data Tribe in COOR organization.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be Product Manager II, or " Product Manager III".
