Senior Pega Developer (Engineer III)

As a Senior Pega Developer joining our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development and optimization of complex Pega applications. Qualifications:

3-5 years or more of hands-on experience in Pega Development

Pega Certification: Certified System Architect (CSA) / Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) preferred but not mandatory

Experience with designing and implementing Pega Case Types

Knowledge of Pega integration techniques

Fluent in English speaking and writing and a good communicator in general.

Experienced in Agile / Scrum / DevOps projects.

Have great analytical skills and have a conceptual / architectural understanding.

Experienced working in a complex, regulated environment such as a large financial institution

Able to bring all ideas/opinions to one conclusion to help make decisions.

Up to date with new Technology and have a deep understanding of when to use it.

Humble in approach and not afraid to be wrong.
