  • Reports To: SVP and Head of Business Management
  • Role Purpose:
    • Manages and leads the operational integration and platform transformation within the Private Banking Business Management function. The role is responsible for optimizing middle-office workflows and strengthening the collaboration between front office business needs and various operational support teams (such as WBS and account services). A key focus is to drive the successful implementation and local adoption of core business platforms while ensuring operational resilience and regulatory reporting frameworks.
    • This role reports directly to Head of BM and is the primary deputy to the Head of BM, who is expected to familiarize with the BAU activities across the PB BM function and to act on behalf of Head of BM as the representative of key governance forums and as the senior point of contact during Head of BMs absence.
  • Principal Accountability:
    • Leads the operational implementation of the PB platform, ensuring technical enhancements and system migrations are executed with minimum business disruption.
    • Optimizes middle-office service models and processes to improve operational efficiency.
    • Drives the integration of end-to-end workflows between front office units and centralized operational teams.
    • Identifies and executes automation opportunities within business management processes to reduce manual intervention and operational friction.
  • Job Contents: Ensures all platform and middle office operations strictly adhere to Group FIM and local regulatory standards to mitigate operational risks and maintain a robust control environment.

  • University (BA) or (BS) degree is required
  • Over 10 years of experience in financial services, preferably in business management, middle-office, or operations
  • Deep understanding of banking regulations and internal control processes in Taiwan
  • Preferred: Strong familiarity with IWPB operations, platforms, and account service protocols
  • Strong professional proficiency in English and Mandarin (verbal and written) for effective local and regional communication
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams through influence
