We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Specialist - Credit Services.

Principal responsibilities

  • Ensure the servicing support for Hong Kong, China Mainland, Macau and Hang Sang market mortgage Loan application, provide Mortgage preparation for information review, prepare facility letter and offer letter to customer and solicitor, arrange the loan drawdown after the mortgage approval, follow up action with loan maintenance and property discharge. Handle entry calls from branch and external customers regarding to Mortgage application or account status.
  • 负责汇丰香港、汇丰中国、澳门汇丰、香港恒生银行的市场置业按揭贷款后勤服务,提供按揭贷款资料准备,安排按揭有关信件及按揭贷款放款,跟进楼宇按揭户口的维护和按揭的赎回. 通过电话解答分行以及客户关于置业按揭贷款申请以及楼宇按揭户口相关查询。

Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in any discipline.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantones.
  • Careful and sensitive to data, attention to details.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and can work under pressure.
  • 大专或以上学历;
  • 英语和粤语听说读写流利;
  • 对数据有一定敏感度;
  • 可接受灵活工作时间安排和抗压能力强。

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
