Main responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end terminal and pipeline operations, including nominations, scheduling, volume reconciliation, and documentation.
- Interface with terminals, pipeline operators, inspection companies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Provide coverage across desks during team absences, maintaining continuity and operational integrity.
- Monitor and report operational risks, delays, and discrepancies, escalating as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in trade capture systems to reflect physical movements and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with traders, schedulers and commercial teams to align logistics with business objectives.
- Provide cost estimation,(inspection, freight, freight differentials, all shipping related costs and demurrage etc.)
- Analyse and confirm commodity invoices and all service related invoices (inspection, freight etc.)
- Storage management of inventory for daily and month end requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in crude oil operations, preferably in a trading environment.
- Strong understanding of U.S. pipeline infrastructure and terminal operations.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency and Experience in trade capture systems and Microsoft Excel.
