Full Job Description
We are seeking a Fixed Income Trade Support professional to join a London based Fixed Income Middle Office team, supporting trading and sales desks within Global Markets. The role provides pre- and post-trade support across a range of Fixed Income products and plays a key role in ensuring accurate trade capture, risk management, and effective front-office support.
The successful candidate will support the daily trade lifecycle for Bonds, Interest Rate Derivatives, Repo and FX products, ensuring trades are booked accurately and on time across multiple front-office systems including Murex, Calypso, Markitwire and Bloomberg. Responsibilities include investigating trade, risk and P&L discrepancies, monitoring risk exposures, supporting STP processes, and resolving ad-hoc queries from trading and sales.
The role also involves producing client and business analytics, performing Excel-based data analysis, and contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives. You will work closely with Trading, Sales, Operations, Technology, Compliance and other global stakeholders, and support audit and regulatory requirements where needed.
This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of Fixed Income markets, pricing and risk concepts. It is a highly visible role offering broad exposure to front-office activities within a fast-paced trading environment.
