Full Job Description
Location: Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina
As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst, you will be part of the Money Markets Operations department, responsible for monitoring and resolving pre & post trade issues, addressing inquiries from the lines of businesses, and assisting with the trade reconciliation process. The Money Market Operations team will work in tandem with technology and Product teams to ensure end to end processing of Money Market and Bank Deposit Trade Settlements. In addition you will assist in mitigating any subsequent issues such as reconciliation breaks, dividend impacts and miscellaneous inquiries on a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Operational process and control of the daily workflow within the Money Market Operations department
- Support Pre & Post Trade issues
- Support the processing of Dividend payments, Corporate Actions, and client account inquiries
- Support the Cash and Liquidity Markets Business, JPMA Advisors and Product teams
- Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning and ensure team structure is robust through effective training and succession planning
- Ensure all daily controls and processing are completed including cash and stock break review, daily settlement, as well as all key metrics are produced as required
- Effective communication with the full group
- Continued review of content and presentation of Standard Operating Procedures, in line with new policies and ongoing risk management activities
