We are seeking a Workday Functional Analyst to join our global HR Technology team and support the continuous improvement of our Workday platform. You will be responsible for maintaining functional configuration, ensuring data quality, and helping implement new capabilities that enhance both employee and HR experience.

In this role, you will work closely with Technical Partners and HR to translate business requirements into system solutions.

Experience: 2-6 Years

  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration
  • Good understanding of HR processes and their technical dependencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication abilities and comfort working with global stakeholders

Ideal candidate

  • Workday Pro certification or experience in implementation or optimisation projects
  • Familiarity with Workday security, business processes, or configuration best practices
  • Experience supporting HR teams in a functional or system-focused role
  • Strong customer-focus and a continuous improvement mindset
