Responsibilities:

Individual contributor and is highly proficient in the HRBP responsibilities, to include: Client Consulting, Talent Management, Employee Engagement & Retention, Performance Management and Employee Relations depending on geographic location and workforce demographics

  • Ensure global talent strategies comply with regional/local laws and practices

  • Partner with HR centers of expertise to implement people programs in the region

  • Connect regional leaders with HR centers of expertise and partner with global HRBPs to enhance employee experience and achieve business strategy

  • Advise leadership, management and global HRBPs on people related matters in the region

  • Design and deliver creative HR solutions that assist business and department leadership in sustaining a positive working environment that fosters employee engagement

  • Demonstrate strong internal communication by providing insight and counseling around employee/management communications and issues.

  • Understand the internal needs of the organization and maintain sensitivity to cultural and geographic diversities; Align internal communications with business goals; Measure progress through strategic use of surveys and feedback mechanisms.

  • Coordinate engagement surveys. Analyze and present results to the management and employees.

  • Provide managers and employees with expert advice on all matters relating to the company's policies and procedures. Ensure all managers are aware of policies and best practices.

  • Continuously monitor HR Policies and recommend necessary changes on need basis.

  • Provide direct and indirect insight to business and department leadership about team dynamics

  • Manage grievance and disciplinary issues. Coordinate with internal legal counsel as appropriate.

  • Equip managers with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage employee performance and to communicate the highest standards for managers and employees.

  • Promote effective and timely recognition and rewards for exceptional employee performance and behavior.

  • Organize events, fun activities, Annual Celebrations, rewards & Recognition.

  • Working on an Early Warning Indicators model to address attrition and plan a retention strategy

  • Conduct exit-interview and manage the exit process for the assigned business.

Highly Desired:

  • bachelor's degree/ MBA in HR

  • Minimum of 7 years of human resources experience required; at least 3 as an HR Business Partner

  • Working knowledge of employee engagement initiatives

  • Proficient in local labor laws

  • Resilient, Proficient in  Trouble Shooting & Problem solving, Creative and Innovative

  • Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity, Results-oriented, with good background in Conflict Management, and able to professionally develop Interpersonal Relationships
