Join us as a Client Support Analyst !

We are looking for a Client Support Analyst, to join the Client Support Team in Paris or in Rome.

You will be primarily responsible for: 

  • Act as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality support with an account management approach.
  • Manage client requests, operational issues, and incident resolution, ensuring timely escalation and follow-up until closure.
  • Handle client communications related to operational matters, service updates, and issue resolution, maintaining strong and transparent relationships.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for service and process improvement, reducing operational risks and increasing efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), internal procedures, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Risk, IT, Business) to ensure smooth service delivery and effective issue management.

Your profile

  • Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in Client Support, Client Services, Operations, or Account Management within financial services.
  • Good understanding of clearing services, financial markets, and client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and client-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent English required; Italian and/or French is a plus.
