Job Responsibilities
Required qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Knowledge of financial markets, trade lifecycle, and settlement practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and adept at communicating with all levels of the business and technical parts of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to business intelligence tools (I.E. Tableau, LLMs, MS Office Suite); comfortable working with data
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with proactive mindset to drive change
Preferred qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or relevant work experience
- Familiarity with global custody or post-trade operations concepts
- Familiarity with financial messaging and payments concepts (for example, SWIFT, foreign exchange, reconciliations)
- Self-starter, ability to learn quickly, Strong leadership skills with focus to mitigate risks and taking proactive approach to ensure Best in Class result.
