Join Our SAP HCM Consulting Team (Manager Level)

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our SAP Consultant SAP HCM (Manager level) team, focusing on HR digital transformation, SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors solutions.

Core Focus Areas:

  • SAP HCM (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll)
  • SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Performance, Recruiting, Learning)
  • HR transformation & cloud migration initiatives
  • Integration of SAP HR systems with enterprise platforms
  • Workforce analytics and HR technology innovation

Main Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field
  •  612+ years (Manager) of SAP HCM / SAP HR experience
  • Strong experience in SAP HCM implementation, support, or transformation projects
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes and best practices
  • Prior consulting experience is highly preferred
  • Exposure to SuccessFactors and HR cloud transformation is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP HCM / SuccessFactors implementation and transformation programs
  • Manage project delivery, timelines, budget, and quality
  • Act as primary client advisor, building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Lead workshops, solution design, and architecture discussions
  • Drive business development, including proposal support and client presentations
  • Mentor and lead teams, ensuring high performance and professional growth
