Learning Logistics Specialist Senior Associate

 

 

Job Summary

 

As a Learning Logistics Specialist, you will own the end-to-end coordination of learning programs for the Tax team. From scheduling to training registrations to venue arrangements and liaising with the procurement team, youll ensure every detail is handled flawlessly. This role also includes managing CPE credit compliance and accurate credit allocation for learners and facilitators. Strong organizational skills, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Partner with Tax Learning SPOCs to confirm schedules, participants, and program requirements.
  • Manage logistics for in-person and virtual sessions, including room bookings, AV setup, catering, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for venue and accommodation needs.
  • Oversee registration, attendance tracking, and post-session feedback.
  • Ensure accurate CPE credit management and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure adherence to learning governance policies.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • 36 years of experience in learning delivery, logistics coordination, or event management.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build trusted relationships across teams.
