As part of the Corporate & Investment Bank, our Investment Banking & Capital Markets (“IBCM”) business provides the full range of products and services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors. To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum 6-10 years IBCM experience within a Tier 1 financial institution

  • Extensive experience in M&A (sell-side, buy-side, cross-border) and FIG Capital Markets (ECM and DCM)

  • Prior experience originating and executing deals for clients in FIG across South East Asia

  • Strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques

  • Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi tasks

  • Strong communication skills and able to articulate to clients
