Overview

Responsible for reviewing, validating and processing employee expense reports and reimbursements in alignment with company policies.

  • Review employee reports for accuracy, completeness and ensure they are compliant
  • Verify receipts, documentation, and approvals
  • Process expenses within a timely manner
  • Identify inconsistencies, errors or policy violations and resolve or escalate as needed
  • Maintain records of all expenses submitted
  • Respond to employee inquires with regards to expense policy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and email applications like Outlook and Concur
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
