Your key responsibilities:
- Candidate should have 5-6 Years of work experience in Trade Finance operations in branch front office role/back office.
- Operational Knowledge of all Trade products
- Addressing customer queries with regards to trade
- Liaising with regulator and compliance on specific trade queries.
- Preparing/Reviewing Process note/Key operating procedures for Trade related products
Your skills and experience
- Support to Branches and processing team in handling day to day trade transaction.
- Actively involved in various process/procedure revision, development, and implementation initiative with emphasis on operational risk management.
- Handling EDPMS & IDPMS related queries, tracking & closure.
- Prepare MIS Weekly/Monthly, Production sheet to monitor movement of key business indicators and facilitate information flow & decision making.
- Monitoring & controls keep a track of daily productivity of the team, also regular checks on adherence of the process notes and KOPs by the team and branches.
- Keep updating team & branches on the changes in process.
- Excel skills and good communication skills
- IIBF certification in trade finance
